We are consuming at a such a pace that we can't keep up with the waste left behind. In our latest issue we meet two entreprenurial organizations that are finding creative ways to push back against that.

Our first story features a Minneapolis-based group addressing the surplus of old pianos in homes across the metro, while our second story features a co-op in southern Minnesota going from door-to-door to keep food waste out of our landfills.
